As a result of interdisciplinary cooperation between the Master of Science in Applied Data Analytics (MSADA) and IOHRM programs, students are offered the possibility of obtaining dual IOHRM-MSADA degrees by completing an additional 18 hours of coursework, making it possible to complete both programs by the end of the student's second summer.
Business analytics is quickly becoming an essential area within IO psychology, as evidenced by the fact that five out of ten SIOP 2020 workplace trends involving applications of data analytics in the workplace. This dual degree option will allow the students to gain this essential skill in addition to completing their IOHRM degrees.
