Spring 2025 IOHRM HR Summit (Bounce Back Edition)!
The spring 2025 HR Summit will be held on Thursday, April 10th, 2025 on the Appalachian State University Campus in Boone, NC and live via Zoom!
This spring edition will also feature hands-on, in-person workshop on the morning of Friday, April 11.
"A dawn of new possibilities"
Hurricane Helene had a devastating and lasting impact on Boone, the High Country, and Appalachian State, including causing the rescheduling of the 2024 HR Summit.
The theme of the spring 2025 HR Summit reflects the reality that the dawn after a disaster offers new possibilities. New opportunities to connect with others. New chances to repair what is broken. New ways to take on challenges and develop better solutions.
Please join us to collaborate with industry experts and connect with fellow HR and business leaders as we collectively learn about the new possibilities of the modern workplace. We will discuss everything from the emerging hype of AI to building relationships to the challenges of in-person, remote, and hybrid work to using data for empowering people.
Together we can turn dawning challenges into opportunities!
