The IOHRM program was recently ranked fifth in the nation in a list of the Top 25 Campus Based I-O Master’s Programs and third in the nation in the 10 Most Affordable Top-Ranked Master’s in I-O by OrganizationalPsychologyDegrees.com.
This latest ranking comes as no surprise, as multiple research teams have also ranked the IOHRM program highly. Acikgoz et al. (2018) found the IOHRM program first for overall student satisfaction, first for resources provided to students, and second for program culture, while Roman, Barnett, & Eatough (2018) ranked the IOHRM program thethird highest-ranked program overall based on student ratings.
