The IOHRM program is proud to recognize first year student Sydney Kopelic for securing an internship with Bank of America! Sydney recently accepted an offer from Bank of America to join their HRDP (Human Resources Developmental Program) internship program for summer 2018. In the program, Sydney will provide support to BofA's business operations and HR processes, collaborate with senior HR leaders to make critical business decisions, and take on a variety of special projects intended to give her experience in various functions of HR. The internship will be located at Bank of America headquarters in Charlotte, NC.
As our first year students begin to seek out and hear word from potential employers about internships, I want to reiterate that every single one of us are rooting for your continued success! I know how stressful it can be thinking about internships but I think I speak for all of us in saying that we are 100% confident in you and confident that employers will recognize the value in your skills and expertise.
