Troi Robinson-Moss Joins Inclusive Excellence Team Pannel

On February 1, Walker College of Business's Inclusive Excellence Team (formerly known as the Diversity Advisory Team) led the second annual Courageous Conversations, a candid discussion about respecting differences in the workplace.

First year IOHRM student, Troi Robinson-Moss participated as a panelist and participated in discussions centered around implicit bias in the workplace. She and the other panelists discussed their experiences as minorities in the workplace, how they dealt with implicit bias, and how organizations can improve diversity and inclusion overall. The main take away of the event was that valuing diversity is critical to effective global citizenship, and key to a greater work experience.
