Each year, SIOP, the Society for Industrial/Organizational Psychology, holds a Master’s Student Consortium where Master’s students from across the country gather to hear from notable speakers and learn more about what it takes to be a successful I/O Psychologist. It will be held April 3rd in Washington, D.C. This year, Appalachian’s IOHRM program will be sending two second-year students to this conference, Kirsten Montanari (pictured left) and Annie Jankura (pictured right). Let us congratulate them on being chosen for this wonderful experience!
