Vision for the Future

Looking ahead, Gabe aspires to leverage his IOHRM education in consulting or HR strategy roles, aiming to foster organizational improvement and innovation. His internship with the SBTDC (small business and technology development center), working alongside North Carolina's small businesses and startups, has been instrumental in honing his skills in professional recommendation, executive communication, and strategic questioning. Gabe continues to work with one of the startups, illustrating the value of maintaining internship connections.

Gabe's passions extend beyond the professional realm. A lover of coffee, travel, and the simple joy of taking walks and spending time with friends, he finds balance and inspiration in life's everyday moments. Venice, with its enchanting waterways and rich history, stands out as his favorite travel destination.
