On September 19th, we celebrated the achievements of our second-year IOHRM students as they shared their recent summer internship experiences with faculty and first-year students. Each student gave a presentation that highlighted the essential skills they developed and connected their real-world experiences back to their IOHRM coursework. Their unique talents and fresh perspectives were a huge asset to the organizations they worked for.
These presentations were also a fantastic opportunity for our first-year students to gain valuable advice and practical tips from those who have been through the process. The second-year students emphasized the importance of asking questions, networking, and embracing every new learning opportunity. They encouraged first-year students to get out of their comfort zone and try something new in a new place!
