Second-year IOHRM Master’s student, Bridget Wasowski, has accepted a position as Human Resources Specialist at B/E Aerospace in Winston Salem, NC. After working at B/E Aerospace as a summer intern, Bridget has decided to continue her career with the company after graduation.

Bridget will be supporting the Seating Aftermarket business within B/E Aerospace, which provides a comprehensive aftermarket service to customers. The facility that she will be working at in Winston Salem, NC is a unionized facility with around 300 employees. Bridget will also be supporting a small facility of about 40 employees in Savannah, GA. She will serve as an HR liaison, and will primarily be responsible for the following areas: labor relations, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and training and development.
