Brooke will be working on employee files, focusing on compliance and sustainable practices for organization.
Matthew Laske
Company: Eastman Chemical
Location: Kingsport, TN
Matthew will be working with industry leaders to identify patterns in the organization's data and develop models to help prevent future injuries and near misses incidents.
Rosalyn Rease:
Company: NCR Corporation
Location: Atlanta, GA
Rosalyn will be working with the Global Compensation team to provide support and analysis around compensation programs, processes, and issues. One of several projects she will be involved in will be reviewing and redesigning NCR's Global Recognition Program.
Maira Compagnone:

Location: Cleveland, OH
Maira will be working as an HR Business Partner with an Analytic Focus.
Lindsey Wuerfel:
Company: Collins Aerospace
Location: Winston-Salem, NC
Lindsey will be a Human Resources intern in the Seating Products group of Collins Aerospace, under the direction of IOHRM alumna, Bridget Wasowski. She will be exposed to a variety of HR functions and will gain experience working in a unionized work environment.
Bill Griffin:

Bill will be facilitating employee engagement in culture change process, and evaluating/redesigning current OD tools.
Jessie Harris:
Company: AvidxChange
Location: Charlotte, NC
Jessie will be working with the Learning and Development department on improving reporting and evaluation of training efforts through analytics.
Erin Marion:
Company: Bechtel National, Inc.
Location: Richmond, KN
Erin will be working on their Blue Grass Chemical Agent Destruction Pilot Plant (BGCAPP) project. I will be working BGCAPP’s HR Manager, gaining experience in several HR functions.
Kelly Redd:
Company: Cree, Inc.
Location: Durham, NC
Kelly will be working with the Cree HR department on instituting new succession planning and training initiatives as well as assisting with recent international growth.
Philip Hinson:
Company: Shurtape Technologies LLC
Location: Hickory, NC
Philip will be reviewing current HR programs, policies, and benefits to identify inconsistencies across locations, evaluating best practices to ensure HR is a strategic partner with the organization as well as being compliant with state laws, completing a cost analysis where applicable and working with IT to evaluate the current HR communication process
Soundarya Kanthimathinathan
Company: Shurtape Technologies LLC
Location: Hickory, NC
Soundarya will be helping to update current HR practices — ranging from employee recognition, on boarding, compensation, performance and development — to ensure HR is a strategic partner with the organization as well as being compliant with state laws.
Tara O’Neil
Company: Pursuit Collection
Location: Glacier National Park, MT
Tara will be managing and updating Pursuit's HRIS as well as assisting in onboarding/orientation, employee engagement initiatives, compensation and benefits, and recruitment.
Darby Ford

Darby will be working on workforce analysis.
