Appalachian State is thrilled to welcome the 2026 cohort of the IOHRM program! This year’s cohort is as talented as it is regionally diverse, bringing with them a wealth of knowledge from all across the country including North Carolina, Virginia, Missouri, Illinois, Minnesota, California, Michigan, and Connecticut.
These new students have a wide range of career interests, including training and development, organizational effectiveness, change management, and safety data analytics. They are united in their aspiration to make a meaningful impact in the workplace by fostering positive environments and driving organizational success. Beyond their academic and career goals, the Class of 2026 brings unique hobbies and skills to our program, such as hiking, ultimate frisbee, skiing, crocheting, and cooking.
