On September 20th, we were excited to recognize the outstanding accomplishments of our second-year IOHRM students who shared their recent summer internship experiences with faculty and first-year students. Through these presentations, each student illustrated the essential skills and practical experience they were each able to develop, which will certainly have a positive long-lasting impact on their future careers. Below is a list of the organizations where each of the second-year students completed their internships.
Taylor Brynds - Texas Instruments Inc.
Madison Culver - U.S Department of State
Natalie Del Rey - Forvis Mazars
Natalee Jamerson - Navy Federal Credit Union
Lane Perkinson - Raymond James Financial
Caleb Pollard - United Therapeutics
Lukas Robertson - Plemmons Student Union
Oliver Sullivan - Blackhawk Network (BHN) Holdings
Firzana Syazania - Elevate Textiles
Anna Van - Collins Aerospace

Cassidy Zekas - Micron Technology Inc.
During the course of three months, each intern was able to showcase their unique talents, bringing fresh perspectives and enthusiasm to the organization they worked for. Moving forward, throughout their presentations, the second-years also provided insight to the first-year IOHRM students, offering valuable advice and practical tips to help them maximize their own professional internship experiences. This included asking questions, engaging with other interns, and embracing new learning opportunities during your time with an organization. These students' commitment and effort have truly set a strong path for their future, and we look forward to witnessing their continued growth and success in their final year of the IOHRM program. Congratulations to the Class of 2025 on an incredible accomplishment! You nailed it!
