According to 6-month graduate survey data published by Business Career Services at Walker College of Business, 100% of IOHRM class of 2023 graduates were at their first employment within six months after graduation, with an average starting salary of $80,000. The cohort's job titles included People Advisory Services Consultant, Research Specialist, HR Data Analyst, HR Business Partner, Strategy Execution Consultant, and People Operations Project Coordinator at various industries such as financial services, healthcare, government, and technology. The data also showed that 78% of our recent graduates stayed in North Carolina, demonstrating the positive impact and ROI the program has on our State's economy.
