IOHRM Represented at RCIO 2025

Last weekend, IOHRM students and faculty attended the 21st annual River Cities I/O Psychology Conference in Chattanooga, Tennessee! They enjoyed a weekend of networking, learning, and presenting cutting-edge research focused on the theme of "Optimizing human performance in an era of AI and digital monitoring."

IOHRM students and faculty had a strong and successful presence, contributing significantly to the conference discussions. Our HR Science Research Team members had the opportunity to present their research to undergraduate and graduate students, along with professors and practitioners.

A highlight of the conference was the poster session, where the following projects were showcased:

Additionally, IOHRM student Erin Lally and Dr. Shawn Bergman collaborated with UTC’s Jasil Pearson and Dr. Christopher Cunningham in an afternoon presentation: IOP Evolution during the AI Revolution: How to Level Up Your I-O Psychology Skills to Adapt in the Rise of AI
