As a new initiative, we are going to be publishing short articles aimed at our current students, faculty, and especially alumni on topics that could be of interest to HR practitioners. The first article, written by our second year student Kirsten Montanari and titled " Reframing the “Turnover Triage” Response: From Human Capital Management to Humanist Empowerment" is now published on our website. It is a good read on an alternative look at the turnover problem.
We are aiming at publishing four articles every year, and all will be written by our current students. We are happy to report that Kirsten set the bar really high for those to follow!
