First Year Student, Stephanie Jeffer, Accepts Internship with Sealed Air

Congratulations are in order for first-year IOHRM student Stephanie Jeffer, who accepted a summer internship with Sealed Air this week.

When Alfred W. Fielding and Marc Chavannes got together in 1957, they set out to create an innovative new variety of wallpaper. Instead, they invented Bubble Wrap, which permanently changed the packaging and shipping industry. Their team ultimately evolved into Sealed Air, a Fortune 500 company with over 25,000 employees serving 175 countries. In addition to Bubble Wrap cushioning, Sealed Air is responsible for Cryovac food packaging and Diversey cleaning and hygiene products.

Stephanie will be serving as a Talent and Learning Intern at Sealed Air’s global headquarters located in Charlotte, North Carolina. Her responsibilities will include gathering relevant data and performing talent analytics is various aspects of Sealed Air’s human resources department, developing employee engagement and satisfaction surveys, and promoting Sealed Air’s core competencies through training efforts. Stephanie will also have the opportunity to participate in active change management planning and processes throughout the summer.

Best of luck, Stephanie!
