Alumni of 2015 Spotlight

As the most recently graduating class, students of the IOHRM class of 2015 have begun laying the foundation for a long and successful career. This week we will be featuring two members of the 2015 cohort, Hannah Childs (pictured left) and Heather Holden (pictured right).

Hannah Childs is employed by CACI International Inc. in Falls Church, VA, where she works to support the Defense Logistics Agency on a project called the Defense Agencies Initiative (DAI). The DAI attempts to standardize the financial recording processes among various agencies of the Department of Defense. Currently, Hannah works on the project management office’s training team, which is developing computer-based training modules for use of DAI software. In the future she will be training agency trainers on the same topics.

Heather Holden has been working in Monroe, NC at ATI Specialty Materials since May of this year. During her IOHRM summer internship she was employed by ATI, and she has returned there as an HR Specialist working on many different projects. Currently, she is working with corporate headquarters in order to develop ATI’s college recruiting processes, in addition to creating job aids and conducting training for the implementation of ATI’s new applicant tracking system. She also seeks to use the quantitative skills that she learned in attending the IOHRM program to continue to develop ATI’s HR metrics.

The IOHRM program congratulates Hannah, Heather, and all its other alumni on their current and future success! We’ll be looking to continue featuring alumni, both recent and earlier, in the future.
