Second-year IOHRM Master’s student, Kate Lesniak, has accepted a position with Fiserv. A Fortune 500 company, Fiserv specializes in financial services technology solutions, and was recognized by Fortune Magazine as one of the World’s Most Admired Companies in 2016.
Beginning in June, Kate will be part of a two-year HR Leadership Development Rotational program, where she will spend eight months in each rotation. One rotation will be as an HR Business Partner and the other two will be tailored specifically to Kate’s areas of interest and strength. With offices all over the country, Kate will have the opportunity to live short-term in three different locations, as each rotation will be in a different office. At the conclusion of her two-year rotation, Kate will be placed in a full-time HR role.
We are so proud of Kate and all she has accomplished during her time at App State. While we will be sad to see her go, we are thrilled for her and cannot wait to see what her future holds. Congratulations, Kate!
