Dr. Jacqui Bergman was recently appointed as a Consulting Editor for the Journal of Social Psychology (JSP). Founded in 1929, The Journal of Social Psychology focuses on empirical research in basic and applied social and organizational psychology. The journal has 36 consulting editors from global universities; each editor reviews approximately 8 manuscripts per year. The reviews provide a professional and substantive evaluation of whether or not the submitted manuscript meets the standards for publication in JSP. Evaluations function to provide constructive feedback to submitting authors whose work falls short of the mark and ensure the journal publishes the highest quality articles.
Dr. Bergman joined Appalachian State University in 2005 and became the Chairperson for the Department of Management in 2013. We are very proud of Dr. Bergman's accomplishments and we know that she will be a phenomenal asset to JSP. Congratulations!
