This past week Taylor Brynds, Drew Sipe, and Jacob Leslie presented their research at the annual Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP) conference in Chicago. Their research and poster detailed results from two manufacturing organizations on the Data Analytics Readiness Tool (DART), which audits and validates organizations' analytic capabilities with regard to their safety data. Drew Sipe noted, "Presenting our poster was a highlight, allowing us to share our work and exchange ideas on data analytics with other passionate professionals" Congratulations to the team!
